Pricing held.
We buy on the basis that a line can be sold at a sensible price. Undercutting a brand we have just bought into would destroy the repeat business we are buying for.
Compliance per category.
Where we import directly the regulatory obligations fall to us, and we expect to hold the file rather than ask you to cover it.
One accountable party.
You deal with a named person who owns the stock and carries the risk. We do not broker and we do not act as an agent.
Terms we can keep.
If your terms are ones we cannot honour, we will tell you before signing rather than breach them later.
